선더랜드 대학교 (University of Sunderland) 는 잉글랜드 북동부의 선덜랜드에 위치한 공공 연구 대학입니다.
선더랜드 테크니컬 칼리지 (Sunderland TechnicalCollege)로 1901년에 시립 대학으로 설립 되었으며. 1992년에 정식으로 연구 대학교에 대한 지위를 얻었습니다. 한국 학생들에게는 약대와 코스메틱 전공으로 잘 알려져 있는 대학입니다.
2019년도의 The Complete University Guide League Tables (대학 순위 평가)에 따르면 Universityof Sunderland는 131 개 중 99 위로전년 129 개 중 102 위에 올랐습니다. 또한 2001 년 가디언지 (The Guardian)에 의해 영국 최고의 신생 대학으로 인정 받았으며, 2005 년에는 The Times Higher Education Supplement 에서 최고의 학생경험을 제공하는 영국 최고의 대학으로 선정되었습니다.
